THE MONTH OF LONELY SPIRITS
The Month of Lonely Spirits, or Thang Co Hon in Vietnamese, is a very special month in the Vietnamese culture. And what better way to celebrate this tradition by gathering the International students and lecturers of RMIT University and make them set up the offerings to the ghosts by themselves?

This video was produced for RMIT School of Communication and Design (SCD) as our client for the Interdisciplinary Communication Project by Sangria Team in which I was the team leader.

The brief requests for more relevant and friendly content for the SCD Facebook page, yet still communicates the brand message as the top School in Vietnam and SEA for creative studies.

In order to do so, we looked into the current trend and timing of the year, which happened to be the month of lonely spirit. Various content on this occasion also appeared across social media during the time and thus became a great opportunity for SCD to catch up with the trend. By setting up the offerings to the ghosts, the experiment creates a fun, creative and informative experience for the international students and lecturers to learn more about Vietnamese tradition.
The video was directed and edited by me and was published on the RMIT School of Communication and Design Facebook page.
